About CloudRPS

CloudRPS is a technical resource for engineers, architects, and anyone preparing for cloud infrastructure roles. Every article is written from a practitioner’s perspective, with real-world experience, opinionated recommendations, and the kind of detail that actually helps you understand how things work in production.

We cover networking, security, databases, cloud architecture, DevOps, cloud migration, data engineering, and increasingly, AI infrastructure. Our articles are the kind of deep dives we wish existed when we were learning this material ourselves.

Why CloudRPS Exists

There is no shortage of cloud computing content on the internet. But most of it falls into two categories: vendor marketing dressed up as tutorials, or shallow overviews that tell you what something is without explaining why it matters or how it actually works in production.

CloudRPS fills the gap. Every article goes deep enough to be genuinely useful, whether you are preparing for a cloud architect interview, evaluating a technology for a real project, or trying to understand a concept well enough to explain it to your team.

The Authors

CloudRPS is edited and curated by VBX, a principal cloud architect with deep cloud, networking, and AI expertise at Google Cloud. The blog also publishes contributions from a wider network of practitioners across cloud architecture, security, networking, databases, and AI infrastructure, with VBX providing editorial review and final curation. Articles draw from hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, large-scale distributed systems, security architecture, and the production realities of running infrastructure at scale.
